I wanted to join the AA online and was filling in the form. One of the mandatory questions was the date of renewal of your house insurance. Does anyone know why they would want this information?
the AA also offers house insurance and car insurance and if they have your details for when they are due then i sure you be contacted by them when your house insurance is up for renewal

Well, to be honest, because I live in an apartment I have block insurance through the Management Co and have no idea of the renewal date. I'll just have to make one up. I just think it's a bit cheeky to demand the information.
