Automatic out of office replies using Outlook Express

Does anybody know if its possible to send an automatic out-of-office reply to emails using Outlook Express please?
 
Maybe the mail server you use supports this? If you set an out of office message in a client your client must be turned on. Much better to set this on the mail server so as you can shut down your computer. For example if you use Outlook (not Outlook Express) connected to an Exchange Server, and if you configure an OOO message, it is in fact set on the Exchange Server.
