Autoglass, any good, alternatives

Hello all,

I have a small chip in my windscreen (in drivers line of sight) which I would like to get reapired.

It is less than 10 mm in diameter.

I am thinking of going to Autoglass in Limerick.

I am wondering if anyone knows:

If Autoglass are any good?
How much would this repair cost?
Are there any other windscreen repairers in Limerick who might be better or cheaper?

I went to Autoglass today (and have done a number of times previously). Find them excellent. Ordered special Glass in for my car from Germany. Repaired the car in two hours and did a perfect job. No money changed hands as covered by Insurance. Excellent friendly service.

OP, does you Insurance Policy not cover you for broken / damaged windscreen ??

My insurance does not cover windscreen repair, hence am wondering if anyone knows how much a repair would cost.

If anyone could advise I would be very grateful.
