Android but I subscribed via the website so I can't cancel via Google Play storeAre you on android or iOS?
I haven't paid any money for this year. The card I took out the subscription with was replaced during the year after I lost it. Hence the reason they couldn't take the money and froze my account, leaving me unable to cancel the subscription. They want me to pay the money by an alternative method and then they will reactivate the account and allow me to cancel my subscription, which just seems counter intuitive to me. I'm just wondering if I have to send the money and will they pursue me if I don't.
