Going there myself in Sept. However I arranged flights through I will be flying to Bratislava then getting a coach back to Vienna. It's easy enough then to book a hotel through the various hotel room booking websites. Try www.octopustravel.co.uk or [broken link removed] or [broken link removed] plus lots of others. I also notice that Ryanair are advertising flights to Bratislava from .99 cents.
