I am looking for advice re accommodation in austrailia. We will be in Melbourne for three nights, Sydney for four nights and cairns for 10 nights. Bascially i am looking for nice but cheap accommodation in these three cities.
Having lived in Sydney I would recommend randwick lodge as it puts you close to clovelly and randwick beaches you are also a stones throw from some very reasonable but lovely restaurants, there are also regular buses outside with a 15 min trip into the city.
