Aunctioneer versus Estate Agent

Anybody know what is the difference? if any? Apologize if its a stupid question in advance!!
 
An EA cannot conduct auctions, I assume an auctioneer however, can sell houses ( as anyone can !).
 
You'd also have an Auctioneer in a Mart selling cattle and Furniture Auctions are carried out by Auctioneers also. An Estate Agent basically only sells houses.
