Auctioneers fees?

What is the going rate for Auctioneers fees these days. The House is on the market for €110,000 but will go for less no doubt. We are being quoted 2% + advertising fees.

I sold a few times recently and paid the same auctioneer 2,000 all in, 1st house sold for 335,000 2nd house sold for 330,000 3rd house sold for 235,000 he charged a flat fee regardless of sale price. Decided to use new auctioneer this time as want a local guy told him what I paid last time he said he will match this, good luck with sale.

We just got rate for our auctioneer yesterday. He's going at 2%. He wasn't cheapest quote we got ( 1% and 1.5% were other quotes) but we like this guys approach. Hopefully he'll be worth it.
