auctioneer fees in cork

Hi,

thinking of trading up my house in the near future and I was just wondering what fees people are paying in cork at the moment, is it 1 and half perecent the norm at present?

Depends on the EA..... expect .75% to 1.5%... I believe HOK are a bit higher again.
