our attic cannot be converted but the storage would be good...

As with many of those deals, the 'full' prices quoted are extortionate.

Shop around, get a few quotes and then make an informed decision.

The basic price is fine, whats not, is when the rrp price has been inflated. The discounted price`s have been the normal price by many leading attics instalers for for a good few years. Its like saying I will discount the sale of my car by 50% to the first buyer that comes in the door,when you have doubled the price already.
In short, in my opinion, the discounted price is the going price.
