Can anyone recommend anybody to do an attic conversion in Dalkey?
Fairly largish project, not necessarily looking for the cheapest quote but the highest standards?
I have a colleague that has just had a large job including an attic conversion completed (in the past month), and he is very happy. If you want I will get the name of the contractor and send you a PM on Friday next.Let me know
I know a few people who've had conversions done by some guy called McGonigle, he seems to do a very thorough job, RSJs in the attic, very good finish etc.
He's nothing to do with me, I've never even met him, just heard very good reports!
