attachment order

We received a letter by registered post stating an attachment order would issue from revenue in relation to work on our house 5 to 6 years ago. our builder had dealings with him and paid him for work on house however he sent a bill for extras to us way back but we never agreed these with him and i asked him for breakdown and got invoice saying for work carried out at x

We had not heard from him in a few years so i assumed all was ok.

What should we do or whats the best course of action now?

Think attachment order will issue form revenue in 7 days

Just advise that that as far as you are concerned there are no amounts due to the company and state reasons.

They are not necessarily looking for you to pay up but rather trying to redirect any payments you may be about to make.
