ATM machine in Lanzorote

Hi,

Going to Lanzorote next week for the first time and was wondering about the best way to bring spending money. Can I use my AIB card in the ATM machines there ?

i certanily was able to use mine, but the ATM,s are not all that obvious .

Just back from canaries. Never bring cash myself, just pocket money. Use the ATM as here, no extra charges.

have been to puerto del carmen for past 5 years...no problem with atms

I think you need to check that there is a "Cirrus" symbol on the back on your bank card. If it doesn't have this I'm not sure if it will work abroad.

Was there last year. dont have cirrus on my PTSB Lazer so couldnt use it in shops or restaurants but it was fine in ATM's. Lots of them on the strip in PDC.
