Hi everyone,
A quick question in relation to asking for redundancy.I have been put on "temporary layoff" 4 weeks and it seems like the company are on a downward spiral. No work showing up and I'm thinking it could be best to bail out while I can.How long does one have to see out "temporary layoff" before being entitled to seek redundancy? Other people have received redundancy, I'm wondering is this temporary lay-off a way of delaying payment.
I'd appreciate any advice on where I should go from here.Thanks
