Question on finding out about workings of Associations
I hope this is a close enough area to post this question.
I'm trying to find out about a particular association that I am a member of. I'm not fully convinced about the way the thing is run, and where the money is going.
For example, I've never been told about the election of treasurer and other posts, which as an association, I thought was down to the members to select.
As an association member, what am I entitled to find out about?
Should I be able to see a Memorandum? The Articles of Association? Details of Association meetings, elections etc?
Any help, or direction on where I can find out my entitlements would be greatly appreciated.
