Has Anybody Bought An Apartment In This Complex. Have You Got Any Feedback On It, Like Capital Appreciation And Is Their Good Resale Chances In This Area In Bansko
 
Hi,

Be very careful about Bulgaria, it is over hyped and there is an issue about oversupply. I believe there will be problems when people come to try and resell becuase of the huge numbers of apartments there. It's also difficult to get to Bankso, 2 hours by road once you're in Sofia. Try Austria it's only a couple of hours flight time away and you can get stuff cheaper than Bulgaria. But, go for high altitude for a longer snow season, particularly in relation to this year's lack snowfalls.

Always source your own data and don't believe figures that are being bandied around because the capital appreciation in the market is not what people are saying it is, therefore, check the official figures.

If you search Askaboutmoney for Bansko, you will see that it has been discussed in the past.
 
You will have to hold anything for a fair amount of time in Bansko to realise any profit or have a chance in hell of selling! Thousands of developments and area totally spoilt. But there is a golf course there, or being built so that is one thing.

been told these units have appreciated 20% in 2 years. But then again was told units went up 15% last year alone!!!

Well the developer may be putting them up by that much but it doesn't mean on the open market they will sell for that.

As their is no resale market there the developers price is irrelevant. Means zilch.
