Ashewood , Ashbourne :what people living in the estate think of it?

Hi, just wondering what people living in the estate think of it?
I have bought in phase 3 but have since been told it wont be ready until Mar 08 after being told september 07 initially.

Lovely development. I bought the second phase and its near completion. Great to see it all coming together. I suggest that you go look at your type house showhouse now, as the showhouse which was in phase 1 is different to phase 2 houses.

Hey guys.... I see its been a while since you guys were talking about Ashewood..... Any more thoughts on this area...... I've just put a deposit on one of the 3 bed terrace......

What do you think.... is it worth it..... Is the area nice.... is the traffic really bad..... What prices were the second/third phase do you know....

Sorry for all the questions but I'm having panic attacks at the idea of buying..... agh.......
