We are looking at a house is Ash Park, Lucan for my mother could anyone give me an information on the area?

Hi there,

I lived there a few years ago.

Very nice and quiet estate, handy for the bus and shops.

Only quibble was the soundproofing - get it checked properly if buying - we thought it was very poor when we lived there. You could hear the neighbour coughing/sneezing (and various other things....).

Lovely estate, stayed there regularly, with friends who live there. Appears to be largely owner-occupier. Small and quiet, and I did not notice any sound issues!
