Ash Park is a grand estate. I had a friend who lived there for 4 years and liked it a lot. He moved to the country a year ago so unless things have gone bananas lately you'll be fine.

I think I know the house you are talking about - we live next door. Definitely recommend the estate (even though we are about to trade-up ourselves and put our place on the market!).
There is a real sense of community in the estate and there are some really dedicated people who look after the gardening in the general area which makes it really nice.
BTW - interesting about the price - now I have a guesstimate for what we should be looking for
