As of now who is the cheapest fixed

line provider of internet access. Im in westmeath and have no broad band. Would it be more cost effective to go for a mobile provider for broad band.

Also one last question, im looking for a basic lap top (broke 2 this year) so im not looking for anything fancy, watch a dvd, broadband and be able to run ms office, any suggestions?
