Artist for portrait from photograph

Am looking for references for a good artist who can do a family portrait from a number of different photographs, i.e. two or three photographs with the individuals in question and then combine them into a single portrait. This is a surprise present for someone, hence the multiple photos.

Anyone have any recommendations for an artist that can provide the above?

There's a crowd in Dun Laoghaire that take photographs and turn them into artists paintings. Not sure if they'd be much help in putting together more than one picture though.

Have searched everywhere, but can't find details, sorry.
