Does anyone know who should be contacted to make a complaint about one of the pubs that sold tickets for the Artur's day celebrations?

heard a lot of people on the radio this morning giving out that even though they had tickets could not get into some venues as full and they were there for 7pm which was stated on the tickeds, so they must have sold more tickets than capacity allows!

No good. Tried the venue already on the night. They didn't care less.

OK, so a crowded night in a pub isn't a great time to have a discussion about poor customer service. Try going back when it is quiet. Try going back when the owner or manager is there. If all else fails, take out a Small Claims Court case. Your dispute is with whoever sold you the tickets.
