ARFs - can I create my own?

Hi there
I look after a pension for my parents, and the fees are pretty huge. Id like to move it all into some simple, passive ETF Indexes with low/no fees.
What is the best way to do this? Can I (they) create my own ARF on a share trading platform like De Giro?

DeGiro do pensions as far as I'm aware.

But there are an array of options when it comes to passive indexes for an ARF but the exact charges available will depend on their age and the current value of the ARF itself.

Depending on the provider chosen they can choose to have the ARF financed through a management charge or pay an upfront fee to get lower annual management charges. Some providers have a base fee for indexes starting from 0.4% p.a. on this basis with 101% allocation on investment amounts above €100k.

There are also competitive options available on a financed basis but you would just want to ensure that there are no exit penalties or MVA's that would apply to the ARF if it was being moved.
