You can change. You need to check the terms of your contract. A lot of them have early exit penalties during the first 5 years to protect against advisors/ clients churning. If there are no early exit penalties or you've held the ARF for more than 5 years (if there are penalties. Some contracts have 3 year penalties), you can move your ARF easy enough.
