Hi, can anyone help with some info. on ARF fund provider options ?
I’m a year out from retirement and currently aligning myself towards ARF option.
There’s loads of information kindly provided here on charges.
I’m considering sequence risk (especially for early years of drawdown).
Are there providers out there who incorporate a ’bucket strategy’ where one can draw on a reserve cash fund when fund unit prices are down as they have been recently.
Are there other strategies to address sequence risk ?
New Ireland are one provider who give you the choice of fund from which you wish to draw your regular income/deemed distribution from. Some clients opt to put 2/3 years worth of deemed distributions into a cash fund for this purpose.
