Are Wills Publicly Available

I am wondering whether a will that has been put through probate is available from the probate office. If so, do they give the value of the estate and what percentage of the estate each of the beneficiaries received?

Wills are available once probate completed; you have to write to get copy, pay a small fee.

It will be obvious from the Grant of Probate what the value of the estate was and, reading that in conjunction with the will, it will be obvious what percentage of the estate each of the beneficiaries received.
