I got a quote for building work and was wondering was it good value... still waiting for second quote to come through from another builder.
We are putting an extension onto the back of our house. 15 x 12 feet pitched roof extension with 4 velux windows, main window and door...old kitchen will be ripped out and both rooms plastered as new ready wth electrics and plumbed for kitchen fitting... 29k.
New pvc double glazed windows and new front door, brown in front, white in back 7 windows (one being turned into a french door) 8.5k.
Ripping out of main bathroom, fitting new units and tiling (room is 5 feet by 13 feet), same for downstairs small toilet (3k).
