Are there guys out there that tune in TVs?

Have a house rented out which has 3-4 TVs (couple of years old, but don't have manuals etc). The reception on some seems poor, could anyone please advise if there are people who call out to improve reception?

How are the TVs getting a signal - e.g. antenna (indoor, loft, external), satellite, cable etc.? What state of repair is the system in? Perhaps this rather than tuning is the main problem? Tuning a TV is simple. Fixing or installing an appropriate signal reception system is a bit more involved.

Hi CLubman - it's by NTL and teh TVs are in pretty good repair.

Are the connections all NTL installed/approved points as opposed to DIY extensions of the original single connection and are the drop cables from the sill/wall boxes to the TVs in good repair? If so and all TVs are exhibiting similar problems with reception then it may well be NTL's problem so call them out. If the additional points are a DIY job then this may be the problem and NTL probably won't be too happy if they see this either.
