There was a company who gave a quote where you didn't need to send details off, you just put in criteria and it gave you a calculation, I cannot remember who (the company) it was , are there anymore out there?

What would be the average for a 23 year old male in dublin 22 on a learner permit for a 1.4ltr car?

Impossible to say as some posters recently reported 200% to 250% increases in their premiums at renewal time. Any number is likely to be as accurate as any other.
 
THanks guys here's another quickquote site I found, they seem to be quite pricey but that's only compared to nononsense.ie. I don't think my insurance with nononsense could be €900 so this (chill.ie) is more likely to be correct imo.

Tesco website gives a quick quote online and they seem quite competitive. I had awful trouble working out how to enter my no claims when I tried to get a full quote online though.
