Are BOI taking other Institutions Debts ?

Hi I have an appointment this week with Bank of Ireland to consolidate 3k of credit card debt and an overdraft of 1k into a loan.

However I also have a loan with Ulsterbank with 6months remaining of 2K.

I was informed that its unlikely that BOI will untake any other Institutions debt- Has anyone managed this with BOI recently?

My aunties expereince with BoI was not helpful whatosever regarding her saving she had with them.

She move to UB and found them just a litter bit better, as they at least tried to accommodate her as opposed to BoI they just do not answere letters whatsoever regardless how urgent they are.

Hope you get what you want from BoI but first look at their conditions as all banks are now out to get as much as possible from the punter.
