ARD query

hi folks quick question in relation to ARD, say for example my first ARD for a newly formed company is 7 June 2012, does this mean i have to make the first annual return before the 7th June , or will have deemed to have missed the ARD?

You have to file the annual return within 28 days of the ARD.

You don't need to file accounts or anything, just the annual return itself.

I hope for your sake 7 June 2011 is just an example, because it's way late at this stage!

woops my bad meant to type in 7th June 2012, just plucked this number out of the air.

so the next annual return would be say 12mths after this date? cheers
