Ard Cluain Clonee

Hi

I am thinking about taking the plunge and buying a 2 bed apt in Ard Cluain. Does anyone know anything about the development, is it a good area etc?

Public transport wouldn't be the best around clonee village. If I was to buy an aprtment in the current climate I would buy in a better location where there is better transport links etc. At the very least try to buy at a lower price, lots of those apartments are empty so you might be able to negotiate. Good luck
 
I pass here going to and coming from work some days. I saw them advertised recently and thought them very well priced. 119k for a one bed and 149k for a two bed- I think that's the prices.
I thought though that the building looked very empty - not too many lights on in the evening,
There is a new train station going into Dunboyne - being constructed at the moment which wouldn't be too far away - 10 min walk or there abouts. I think it has good access by road to city and M50.
Think I might view them myself.
