Ard Aoibhninn Innishannon

Hi there,
looking to move to ballinhassig/innishannon direction. been looking at fleming houses in Innishannon. They seem a good house but a bit pricey despite recent price drop.
does anyone know what the area is like and if the houses are good/bad value?

I was looking at these houses also. They are in a nice location and do look nice. The 3 bed semi's were 395K and 370K but now are 320K and €298 but are still overpriced in my eyes. They are only B3 rated homes and don't come with much as standard eg no flooring or tiling. Innishannon is a nice village but traffic can be a nightmare at times thou there is always the back roads. If you work in the city then you do have to deal with Bandon rd roundabout and Sarsfield roundabout which are the new kinsale rd roundabouts!!
