Don't know them but I do see some "A rated" developments for sale in the area which could be worth checking out. With building energy ratings coming in, that stuff is going to become fairly significant I reckon in the next few years. Parkway Avenue, Athlone is one, I also see Oak Hill & Gleann Duchais in Moate.
