Currently looking at some properties, generally 50/60/70s terraces in D5 area that are typically 3 beds. Some have greater/lesser potential for renovations and future extensions and I was wondering if architects would offer a service that would provide an opinion on the types of extensions/renovations down the line that would be possible if you needed more space for a growing family, etc. Considering hiring one if we get serious about a property or two and are bidding/close to sale agreed but not really sure if such a service is typically offered it or how expensive it might be.
Has anyone availed of such a service before?
