I am undertaking a small (20-25k) renovation of terraced house in Dublin. I feel I need a tight spec/plan/list of works for builders to quote 'to' so that I can compare like with like? I would also appreciate some outline advice on best use of space/storage solutions etc. I would be very grateful for any recommendations. It seems like a simple enough request but proving hard to source for some reason!
