Hi guys,
does any one know about this area, A friend of mine would like to rent an apartment in this area. he is wondering if someone can help. just want to know the general reputation of the area. please????
 
I've lived in Clondalkin over 30years and I know this development pretty well. I would stay well clear of it. The area itself is fine enough, but the apartments have a very bad reputation.

Look at Mount Talbot, Newlands Manor or Monastery Heath instead.
