Apt to rent Lido de Jesolo nr. Venice

Hi we are hoping to go to Lido de Jesolo next week (last minute break)

Have a 6 month old so an apt would suit us better than a hotel.

Will be the 3 of us or perhaps another couple joining us.

Anyone recommend anywhere or in a nearby town?
Looking for a resort rather than actually staying in Venice, also are we mad trying to navigate Venice for a couple of days with a buggy?!!

Flying into TSF and will prob be taxiing to where ever we are staying so needs to within reason.

I would be a bit wary of trying to negotiate Venice with a buggy. Most of the streets are cobbled, so very uneven, and there are loads of raised bridges with steps up and down. I found it difficult to drag a wheelie suitcase from the vaporetto stop to the hotel.
