Approved Retirement Scheme is an Exempt Approved Scheme Help on PAYE, PRSI & USC end

I am just concerned to know the following:

My Employer pays €100 into this every month.
I contribute €50 every month.

2012 PRSI & USC was applied to my contribution €50 (Adding this to my gross salary) But €50 was deducted from my Gross + VHI Gross Pre (BIK) before PAYE was applied.

a) Am I to apply PAYE to my €50 contribution in 2013?

b) Is PAYE, PRSI & USC due in 2013 on Employer contribution €100 every month?

I'm assuming that the scheme is an Occupational Pension Scheme and not a PRSA.

No - employee contributions qualify for tax relief at your highest rate.

b) Is PAYE, PRSI & USC due in 2013 on Employer contribution €100 every month?

No - the employer contribution is exempt from all three.
