I would go to the seller. The only person doing anything wrong here is the estate agent. The owner of property will be glad you made them aware that the estate agent is not doing there job.
I heard of a case recently where the estate agent takes little or no viewings for a period of time and encourages the owner to drop the asking price by x amount. Suddenly there's an offer. From who? A friend/family of the estate agent!
