Applying to more than one mortgage provider

Hi,

Currently dealing with a broker who is applying for a slight exception for me. (LTV is about 68.5% but I need it to be 70% for HTB rules). They are applying to BOI currently for that matter.

They do not deal with AIB however, and AIB have attractive rates as well. Can I go ahead and apply to AIB (or to them via a broker) at the same time as other broker is applying to BOI? i.e. make multiple applications for mortgages?

As far as I know, AIB only deal with brokers via their Haven brand, which has slightly different rates / products. If you want the AIB rates, you'd need to apply directly to AIB.
