Applying for One parent tax credit 2005

Hi,

I am a single parent and have just found out I can claim for One-parent family tax credit. I am applying for 2005 now and wondering should I receive anythng back form the social welfare, he was born in June last year so i was basically on maternity leave until November. If anybody can enlighten me I would appreciate it. And should I apply now for 2006?

You can fill out this form and send it to your local tax office. Just make sure if your claiming for a previous tax year to include the year on the front page. Make sure to fill out this form for current tax year also!
