Applying for mortgage question

Hi am in process of a mortgage application - just a quick question have no outstanding loans but 1. Both partner and me pay our car insurances through dd 2. I pay my Bupa through DD. Are these counted as loans? Will they effect mortgage?

Does this show up on ICB? I know they can see re: bank statements?

As far as im aware, they'l take any constant direct debits away from your disposable net income unless you can prove that they are ceasing in the near future.

Dont think you can see them on ICB but they'l notice them on your bank statements and thats all they need to know.
