applying again with my boyfriend

Hey all

Applied at the start of the year for affordable housing, but didnt get enough mortgage on my own, so myself and my boyfriend are applying a joint application will i be at the back of the list or will it stay the same did anybody experience this.
any advice please

Back of the list I reckon as its new application, def well worth applying for, doesnt matter if your back of the list, its a lottery.
 
I would reckon he could buy it with you as part of your application. I asked about doing the opposite, taking someone off a joint application. DLRCC said it would be no problem as long as the other applicant agreed and you wouldn't lose your place if your on a list.

I applied on my own to Cork Co co and joined my boyfriend on the application afterwards as they told me I would be better off.

Got offered a house in the end,

However now I want to sell up!

why are ye selling up and where did ye get a house
 
I didn't apply again I just added him onto my application so as to make it a joint one.
Not looking to sell now at all! I think that was the way I was feeling at the weekend.
We applied in November 2006 and got offered the house in Feb
2008.

thats good thing to hear i applied in april and added his name on in june so hopefull mite hear something soon about a house.
