apple ipod

just got an ipod and it is driving me mad already! i have installed the software on my computer and connected it to the I pod. I have copied music on to my computer and it is now on my library. the manual says that it will be automatically transferred to my i-pod but there is nothing on my i-pod. can anyone help me?

Have you copied the music into iTunes on your computer?....
Also when you launch iTunes you should be able to see the icom for your ipod with the viewing pane of the application.

If all of the above is OK, then its a matter of changing the settings ie that itunes autofills the ipod or whether you do it manually by dragging the songs into the ipod....

Everything worked fine for me, though I think there can be problems with some versions of windows (Me if I remember)

You probably need to right-click on the iPod, choose Settings, and set it to auto-update.
