Any reasonable noise like hoovering or mowing lawn is fair game after 10 am on a Saturday. That's usually the rule of thumb builders use. I would mow lawn at 10 am on Saturday or Sunday but not earlier.
That never occurred to me - maybe they were playing squash against the bedroom wall? The wall used shake & there were sounds like rhythmic banging against the wall.
Re; go get a house,they would want to buy a detached house,as so many houses have been built with very little soundprofing.
If they were in a semi and the neighbour was hoovering at 11.30,just like in an apartment there would be nothing the complainer could do about it.So why someone would complain about it ,in an appartment or any other building just doesnt make sense at 11.30 in the morning.Maybe they were hungover.
