App for recording hours per job for staff

Hi

(Sorry if this is in wrong forum)

Someone I know has a maintenance company that they have 5 staff working for them.

Anyone recommend an app / solution that the staff can submit timesheets per job (assume multiple jobs per day). Ideally this data can then be export out to excel so that it can then be used

Current method is paper records but this time consuming for the person that owns the company has to manually take the data and input it.

Thanks for any advice tips / recommendations.
