Apartments in Woodpark, Ballinteer

I've viewed a 2 bed apartment for sale in Woodpark, Ballinteer which ticks most of the boxes. There are currently 3 apartments for sale including the one I saw. The owner of the apartment I viewed is selling in order to upgrade, but I can't help but wonder if there is an underlying reason why people want to sell - 3 is relatively high given the small number of apartments in this estate. Is anyone aware of anti social behaviour in the area, particularly the green through which there is a pathway from Grange Road? I would appreciate genuine comments from anyone with local knowledge, thanks.

I leave near enough to it, and it seems very quiet. I heard of some difficulties with the management company a few years back - some residents were trying to get away from the managing agents as they were dissatisfied with the level of service provided, but the Directors of the management company didn't want to move. I only heard one side of the story, so I'm not too sure what was really happening on the ground, but you might want to dig into this a bit deeper.

The general area is very quiet, my sister lives in one of the older houses about 200m from the apartments.
