I am thinking about buying aparmtment at the moment, no clue what the actual market value is at the moment. I was looking at D15, 14 ,16 18 and most advise I get is to wait, no way should I be paying 150 K for 2 bed apartment in this market as the price will defo decrease by 20 %, any suggestions / advise ?
