I am selling a duplex apartment, which has a management company I pay yearly fees to.
They have requested a payment of €300 plus Vat for pre contract enquires sent by my solicitor.
Is this standard practice?
I know. Its a pain. But it's standard price from what I have heard anyway. Rip off to be honest considering what they provide is standard in 99% of cases
